Seasonal postcards from the places I got to explore and wander around while living in Northern Sweden in 2020/21.

autumn

As I arrived to the north, autumn was in full swing; colorful trees all around, carpets of mushrooms in secret forests, a friendly cat waved at me, temperatures were slowly dropping, and the first snow came by.

winter

And the snow decided to stay, for real. The sun hid for as much as it could, but when it shone, it would do so in pure gold. I fell in love with winter textures and shapes, and with the silent it brought too.

spring

Letting go turns to be more difficult than anticipated sometimes. The snow, the cold, and the grey skies took longer to leave room to the green grass and colorful flowers, the warmer sun and clear skies
